I’m a returning patient, I left for another service provider a year ago but am returning because the customer service team is just simply unmatched. They’re kind, flexible, snd solution oriented. I’ve had 2 interactions with CS members since rejoining and they’ve been wonderful. Hareem especially was quick efficient and super kind finding a solution for me.

Diana Watson was great. She was polite, understanding and most importantly quick to help. Thanks Diane!

Their IVR/voicebot system has unfortunately been unreliable in my experience; it sometimes becomes muffled, disconnects, or hangs up. This happened while I was trying to reschedule for a later time the same day. Thankfully, my second call went through and connected me with Diana Watson (I believe that was her last name). Diana was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She found a time that worked much better with my hectic schedule, and I truly appreciated her compassion. I rarely leave reviews, but she deserved one. She also graciously listened as I shared something very personal to me, my faith in Jesus Christ and what He did for us on the Cross. I share this here with the same hope, that someone reading might look into it for themselves. I once didn’t believe, but today I’m so grateful that I do. I believe Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, and that salvation is a free gift received through faith. Life has brought me some very painful experiences, and I still carry struggles from them, but through my faith I have found a joy within that is difficult to explain. I believe God truly loves us and desires a relationship with us. Even if you’re skeptical, angry with God, or wondering why He didn’t intervene during the painful things you’ve endured, talk to Him honestly. Tell Him exactly how you feel, even if that means crying, questioning, or yelling. Just talk to Him. I’m praying for whoever happens to read this, and I hope Diana received what I shared with her. She was truly an answer to prayer for me that day and is an asset to this company.
