If you search inward for positive effects you may find some for a moment but this is essentially just another gimmicks snake oil product that everyone stops using after a couple months. Your body does not register an effect of it after the first month or two of use ... and it's not enough of an effect to pay anywhere near their prices.

ALWAYS READ THE LOW RATED REVIEWS! I wish I had. Medterra did deliver several orders in the past, but the last one was a large order and it never arrived. It was marked as delivered at 3:50 pm on a Tuesday. I looked everywhere and checked my ring camera. It was never delivered. So l tell this to Medterra and they reply that I HAVE to contact USPS. And they said they will replace this if the package was lost but this is the last time! What??? Last time they didn’t deliver because they said the address was undeliverable, at our cabin, but that’s not true, we get a lot of packages there. Now this. I will never shop Medterra or their two other companies. They’re so sketchy. I need to contact my credit card company now because I’m afraid they won’t refund me like I have asked. But I will update if they do issue a refund. How dare they act like its my fault or my problem. The package was so late even if it would have ever arrived, and that alone was irritating, but then no package and somehow this is my problem??? Unreal. update: I wrote that review over a month ago, medterra is responding to my review that they'll refund me. Its already been refunded but I will never purchase from them again. They literally didn't deliver packages to us on THREE separate occasions, so that's really enough. We don't have issues like this with other deliveries so this is obviously a Medterra issue not a delivery company issue. good riddance

This company fraudulently charged my credit card and won’t issue me a refund. I have called multiple times and spoken to multiple people. Please don’t use this company. It is a scam.

medterra an excellent source for CBD products. I had no issues ordering and receiving products from medterra, although most of the complaints I've seen about them are about customer service. I received my product a few days after ordering, exactly as ordered. I ordered their "Sleep Tight 25mg CBD, Blackberry Lemonade" using a first time promo code that only required me to pay about $10 shipping for my 30 gummies. These gummies helped me fall asleep, which is all I was expecting from a product without THC. The gummies I got from medterra and their sister company, five CBD, were well packaged.

I ordered FULL SPECTRUM CBD/THC & it was fine. I reordered after it was used up but they changed the packaging but I swear I figured it out. The wrong item arrived. I sent it back but unbeknownst to me they signed me up for monthly shipping and for the wrong product. I never sign up for monthly delivery for anything. After receiving the wrong product starting monthly, which I did not sign up for, I was told all I have to do, after I canceled the monthly, was to take the unopened box to UPS, put “return to sender” & I would be refunded. No record of it on the site and I have not received the $79+. It has been nothing but a headache dealing with this company!

I have been using Medterra products since early 2022. Two of the products work very well, however, several of the newer products really miss the mark. More specifically, the Restful Night packets, Sleep Tight gummies, and Relax Now gummies all have the opposite effect of what they are intended to do. I tried all 3 products, and NONE of them relaxed me, helped me to fall asleep or stay asleep. I wrote to Medterra to request a refund (they supposedly guarantee a refund if you are not satisfied within 30 days), and was told, "We're sorry you were not satisfied with the products ordered. Unfortuantely all Sale items are final and non-refundable. Have a great day! Thanks, Soso So much for honoring their guarantee, and for providing products that do not work. I guess this is why these products were on sale -- they don't work. I wonder how many other people complained to them about these products. They just lost a customer.

Medterra may have decent products but they have deceptive shipping practices. I placed an order on a Sunday and was notified it would be here on Friday. Every day for the last four days the arrival date keeps getting pushed to the next day. I called Medterra and they said that the Post Office had TWELVE DAYS after receiving the package from UPS to deliver it to me. Of course they said they had no control, but yes they do! They don't state anywhere in their website that the USPS has that much time to deliver the package. If you add their 12 days plus the 3 days UPS had the package that's over 2 weeks to get a package from Georgia to Texas! I have received packages from war torn Ukraine in less time. To make it worse it was obvious customer service could care less. The gal acted like this is normal and that I was unreasonable in my expectations. I will never order from these bozos again.

As a long time customer, I appreciate the quality of their products. I had an issue with a posted price that was at least initially not honored , but this company did the right thing and rectified the situation. Overall an excellent source for CBD products.
