They have sent me another person's order they just will not respond back i like the products but will probably try somewhere else due to the crappy customer service.

I am trying these with my dog, noises are a problem. She enjoys the treat but dosage / cost is a bit out of my range. She will have a better July 4th because of them.

I ordered a bottle of the Medtera CBD ointment for my mother. They sent it out as promised. I then received an e-mail stating the next bottle was being processed and will be sent out shortly. I sent them an e E-mail stating I did not reorder and please don't send another. I then received an E-mail stating my order was being processed an will be sent soon. I then called them. I sat on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told there was no one available to help me. I was then told to leave my phone number and some one would return my call. That was 3 weeks ago. A 2nd bottle has arrived, which I sent back. Still nothing from them until this survey. So... i would say, the product is good, the customer service sucks. How is that for an honest review.

I love the SleepTight formula and have told several people about it. Very gentle, with no hangover. What I don't like is the barrage of marketing pop-ups and emails you have to endure whether you just bought something or just want to read about another product, or even leave a review. It may be what drives me away from doing business with you.

Medterra sent me an email requesting a review of their product. Unfortunantly, I couldn't toggle any rating other than the 5 star rating. So, I decided to post here. As a long time smoker of high quality marijuana, I have concluded that their extracts come from legal, low quality hemp plants (as with the other sellers). Their product (as with other sellers) contain cdb's but not of the best quality.
