Great experience from order placement through installation! I was kept informed as to the status the entire time, and everything happened exactly as scheduled. I really appreciated the ability to communicate with them through the process. Ivan was the best!!

Med shop Direct really stayed on top of our hospital bed order. We ran into some shipping challenges and they made every effort to meet the challenges. We are very pleased with our entire interaction with this company. The communication and assistance was professional, prompt and courteous. We had the pleasure of interacting with the owner as well who was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout. Our order was for an extra wide, fully electric hospital bed that came with a mattress plus cover (and had a promotion for a free overbed table included!), all of which arrived as promised. And the price was lower than any others we found online. The delivery man was also polite, helpful and professional. The bed has benefited our father/ husband in many ways, specifically by increasing his comfort, ability to sleep with less pain, and, in addition, by making it easier for the nurse to apply dressings etc, without uncomfortably straining her back.
