Hi Debra — we’re sorry to hear this. Before shipping, we reached out to confirm the device specifications (1 MHz vs. 3 MHz) and offered a refund to avoid any confusion. You confirmed and asked us to proceed with shipment. We did not receive any follow-up contact after delivery regarding a compatibility issue. Going straight to a 1-star review is unfortunate, as we’re always happy to address concerns directly.
