Had some problems, but Medshop made it right.
I did have some problems with the bed and the accessories that took some time to resolve, but the issues were not the fault of Medshop Direct at all. Ivan and Omar were extremely responsive and proactive when it came to helping to resolve the issues. They were on top of everything from ordering to shipment and their communications were excellent. There were also some problems with the white glove delivery service which I hope will be addressed.
