I changed my mind about the old bed and wanted it picked up instead of keeping it. So they had to do a little shuffling to accommodate that. But it was fixed and the bed will be picked up Friday. I worked with Omar and Ivan(sorry-don’t know last names) And they kept me updated throughout the whole process. I’m satisfied with the purchase and would recommend your company. The operations team were fantastic from start to finish, keeping me updated and personally calling me when needed. They showed genuine care and consideration that my order was fulfilled and delivered on time. I never felt like just an order number, but w valued customer. I neglected to order the pump for the air mattress i purchased. The staff at MedShop Direct were very helpful, they contacted the manufacturer to inquire about my purchasing a pump separately. Their communication is top notch, sending emails with updates on the order and then delivery. The pump itself is working great with the air mattress. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend them to anyone in need.
