The product is excellent, the service on the phone was excellent. The only issue was the shipping time, over 2 weeks. I don't think that carrier deals with Norther MT much.

James and Bennett installed our Stairlift today. It was 2 lifts and they did a remarkable job. They were very kind and professional and very knowledgeable about the equipment. I would recommend them and Medmart to anyone looking for a stairlift!!

Website was very easily navigated. Found item needed and placed in cart. Did not order right away due to financial funds being moved around. In the meantime, an email was sent giving a better discount code which was incredibly helpful.
