The knee roller is exactly how it was described. It works well if you are on smooth surfaces, not so great outdoors on the driveway or in a parking lot. We still have a lot of time to use it and get used to it, but overall it is a good purchase. Shipping was quick.

Bought this for my 91 yr young mother, she is absolutely thrilled with it, her words! Beautiful rich color, ease of assembly & added "universal cup holder". It gives her back some independence & she is happy. 👍

Service was great. I was on chat with the support desk to keep track on when the wheelchair that I ordered for my wife would be shipped. It was shipped within 4 days and arrived 3 days after that.
