Item was easy to assemble. Only the handlebars had to be installed because of the choice of several heights available.

I had a great experience with MedMart. The customer service representative was amazing. I ordered online, so I was able to chat online with a real person! The prices are good and I received my product before the shipment date! I would definitely shop at MedMart again and refer friends and family!

I made equipment purchases fro medmartonline.com for my daughter with special needs and was very pleased with the prices. Margaret ,from customer service, was truly a delight. I had a few issues, however, she handled the transactions smoothly. Margaret was very courteous and understanding as I was not the most pleasant customer. She went above and beyond in making sure my needs were met. Her customer sevice skills are OUTSTANDING, and deserves recognition for being professional. Thank you Margaret!!!
