I am getting a knee replacement and the surgeon recommended a cold device to minimize swelling of the knee and aid my recovery. I found out that the Breg was the brand recommended so I Googled Breg and found that Med Mart carried what I wanted. The order process was very easy. The price was better than the doctor's office quote so I placed the order and two days later FedEx dropped of a package at our back door. Great service. Thanks Med Mart!

One of the better companies to do business with! I called and spoke with the knowligeable sales representatives who helped me purchase the correct system for transporting my chair, complete with all the accessories to allow it to "swing-away", and make the power connections. The unit arrived in excellent condition at no freight charge too! Very happy customer...oh yes...he helped arrange financing too!

Julie in Customer Service was an absolute angel to work with! She helped me to make choices about a lift chair for my husband. Delivery was estimated at 30 days and it arrived in less than a week! I couldn't have done it without her! Thank you Julie! Also, the delivery person that brought a rental chair AND the delivery person that delivered the new chair were both very polite, prompt and thoroughly explained the uses for each chair. Fast delivery and they are so thoughtful because we ordered around feb12, 2015 and then MedMart send chocolate with the item we ordered. I think that's the way they greet me happy Valentines.

The poor representative who helped during my purchase had to deal with me, my mom, and stepfather all at once on speaker phone the whole time while we asked countless questions, over and over, and fought over the fact that I decided to pay for it. I have taught customer service in a corporate setting for years, so my expectations are higher than most, and she was exceptional. Patient, knowledgable, sense of humor, kind, understanding, helpful, and most if all HUMAN. In this world of hurry up we never felt that way. We felt we mattered. Which when dealing with the elderly is important. The scooter can more quickly than promised, was exactly as ordered, and is just ideal!!! I only hope the after care is the same! Thanks so much!

Julie was very nice to deal with. I needed a Go Chair quickly and she took care it, called me back promptly a couple of times to keep me informed.
