I purchased an eight foot section of PVI XP wheelchair ramp from Med Mart. to increase the length of a ramp that I already own. It was shipped directly from the factory, and arrived in two 4 foot square boxes strapped to a skid. The rails, legs, splicer pieces, and all hardware needed were provided. Fedex's driver moved the skid to where I needed it next to my garage, so I did not need help to move it. PVI ramps are well designed and constructed, very stiff and sturdy. I am very pleased with thePVI XP ramp I have and the pieces I just received.

I received my order in two days plus they gave me a bonus!!! It was great I will do business with them as much as I can. They are fantastic!!!

From the moment I signed on to Med Mart, I was in touch with a very experienced person that helped answer all the questions I asked. I was told to receive the merchandise in 2 days and as it was, I did.. I am more then satisfied dealing with this company and if I ever need to order other items, I will call Med Mart immediately. I called Med Mart about getting some foot rest for my Blue Streak wheel chair. When I first ordered, I got the padded leg rest and I just wanted the normal rests. They took my order and I received it in two days! I was happy with how quickly they got here! The woman I spoke with in customer service was extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgable! Great experience all around! They have my business!

I contacted MedMart through the "Live Chat" option on their website. That led to a wonderful customer service experience that assured me that I would get exactly what I needed as quickly as I possibly could. The customer service agent actually had me call her and spent about an hour on the phone with me discussing options and creating an offer for me that I could just submit when I received the final authorization. Then she left her associates' direct phone numbers with me as she was to be out the next day. The next day, we did have discussions with her associates to ensure that I was going to get a very quick delivery time. I ordered the Invacare CS 7 hospital bed. It works perfectly smoothly. It is easy to assemble. The shipping company used kept in contact with me to make delivery easy. The product is great. The price was better than I could get anywhere. The service could not be beat. Thanks so much.
