There was only one thing that we see to improve on. That is a pamphlet with all the details that explains each item and cross items that are used. The pamphlet that came with it is only good for the people that will set it up for you. We were surprised when we got our calves caught in an over squeezing situation which could very easily cause veins to pop if you don't stop it on time. Trying to guess what this does and what that does is no way to learn about it. Other than that instruction manual being needed, this item is fantastic and very effective especially for seniors. Us old vets really appreciate this item. Thanks Med-Mart.

This Invacare Carroll CS7 Hi-Low Hospital Bed works great for my son and us as caregivers. Highly recommend bed and the fact that the bed will drop to about to 6 inches off the floor is GREAT. The motor is very quiet. We like the bed. Thanks for the fast service. This is a well made and durable bed that will stand the test of time. Its worth spending little more money then cheaper beds. And if you ordering this bed order the attendant control foot board you will not regret spending another $119. and the last customer services is exceptional . Thank you
