Very helpful in placing my order, answering my questions and tracking my order. Shipping was a little slow as I had to carry a heavy oxygen tank while I was waiting. We talked to a "real" Pearson on the phone which makes me feel good. I can reach someone if I have questions. PB

After a horrible experience with the competition, med mart was "knight in shining armor! I was in need of a hospital style bed due to a progressive disease. I had an absolutely horrible experience with another medical equipment distributor. I then found med mart and .......problem solved. I had my bed delivered and in use within one week! I truly appreciate the care and concern the sale team dedicated to my needs.

Easy to order, quality product, fast delivery! The wheelchair was easily put together and it seems really sturdy. The only thing I worry about is the weight but I'm certain that's a positive as well.
