The assistance I received in trying to find the right wheelchair for my patient was outstanding. Great price and lots of assistance in helping me get the chair to us as quickly as possible.

I called in man was very friendly said he would check on part and call back in 5 minutes as it was coming from another state. I waited an hour then called back lady got part ordered. Then I felt bad because the guy called back and had gone above and beyond trying to get me the part locally as I needed it by Friday and this was Monday. It was was the seat pole for my husband's go go scooter and we where taking a family trip before my husband had his leg amputated the following week. I wish all companies cared about their clients like this gentleman demonstrated. I also wish I had patiently waited and been able to thank him like he deserved for going above and beyond.

When I first tried to order my item, I could not get the purchase to go thru. Left alone for one day, the system improved itself and I placed my order. Acknowledgement was sent and very soon followed with the product. The assembly instructions were very accurate and, the assembly went without a problem.
