The shipping dates were blatantly false, and no mention of the company being middle men, i.e. not having any stock of their own. It took WEEKS of constant communication on my end (very little responses on MedMart's end) to get a cancellation and refund due to the false shipping dates. Would not recommend this company to anyone in need of medical supplies.

Just read the records that explains it. People promise repeatedly to call you back and don't. Happened with 3 different employees.

Such a slow service! Unable to keep track of my order. While buying it said will be shipped by Friday oct 1st but not shipped yet. Even customer service doesn’t know anything about my order. If you don’t have in your stock why you are selling it! Customer service says we will contact manufacturer soon!

I ordered this on sept 30th I contacted med mart on 10/4 because I need my sliding transfer chair it was not shipped I was notified I would have to wait till 10/22 NO ONE CONTACTED ME THE DAY OF THE ORDER thanks for letting me know if I would have not called I would have not known this was on backorder. I am very disappointed my wife broke her leg she needs this to take a bath ! 10/25 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED TRANSFER PRODUCT DO WE MAKE THESE HERE IN USA A MEDICAL SUPPLY IF WE DONT MAYBE WE SHOULD START, Now my product is delayed until NOV 2ND, A MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY that keeps delaying in the USA if this product is NOT MADE HERE it needs to start ! How can our SENIORS or those needing medical supplies immediately wait weeks or months for medical equipment needed now.

Medmart's website said that my item was I'm stock and that you usually ship in 1-2days. It has been a few days now and I have not received a shipping notice. I have received multiple requests for a review of Medmart's service. I really don't see the point of asking for reviews before there is anything to review. Perhaps your service is good? I don't know yet. I do know that this item is backordered for more than a month all around the country--and that some companies don't tell you this untill you have already paid. Are you one of those companies? Are you going to inform me at some point that I have weeks to wait? I don't know. Yet you keep asking for a review. A little premature, I think!

I asked for updated shipping information on an order placed about 6 weeks ago and have received no information. The non-automated response didn't even indicate that someone was investigating.

I placed the order, and made the payment via PayPal. The first time I checked it, it said the order was 'on hold'. Said the same thing for several days, without explanation or contact as to why something that, on the advertisement said would ship the next day, would not have shipped after nearly a week. I finally got to someone, after very long hold times, who told me the order was on hold due to potential fraud, as the e-mail I provided when I set up the account was not the same as the e-mail I have on record at PayPal. While I appreciate the diligence on my behalf regarding fraud, I am upset that nobody from MediMart contacted me as soon, or ever for that matter, as they saw the issue. It still hasn't shipped a couple of days after they said they'd fix it, so we are cancelling the order right now and have purchased the same item elsewhere. This is my second purchase from them, the first being a $1200+ lift chair, but it will be my last. I understand caution, but lack of contact, I will not accept.

Mobility scooter shipped did not match description on web page. As yet no satisfaction offered to correct this misrepreaentation. Poor packaging. Missing parts 9
