The EW36 has functioned as advertised in every way! Traveled through city streets and sidewalks for over 8 miles. The shocks provided a comfortable ride over some very rough surfaces. Speed control worked perfect as well as all other controls. I look forward to spending many hours using this scooter to transport me as no other scooter I have owned to date has! Keep providing quality products like this one!

MedMart and especially Julie were outstanding in filling my order for a Pride Vicyory Sport Scooter. Julie made certain that this was the scooter that would meet my need for a scooter which would travel over uneven surfaces. I was pleasantly surprised that the scooter arrived one day earlier than what I expected. My suggestion: get help unpacking the scooter. It is heavy. It is also suggested to read the instructions cover to cover. The suggestions presented are certainly valid. Again, Julie has continued to answer my questions. Thanks Julie.
