Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

I ordered a control for my bed; up, down, etc., and the product was EXACTLY what I ordered, and it was delivered in LESS time than Med Mart said I would have it.

Called Med Mart customer service to ask questions about a few products I was interested in buying. They were incredibly helpful and tolerant of my repeated questions. They were also very willing to share their own personal knowledge from years of working with medical products and talking to customers. I did buy a waterproof wheelchair from them. It arrived sooner than they promised and the product was better than I expected! It fulfilled all my needs just like they said. I couldn't be more satisfied and will definitely use them for all future medical needs.

Very pleased with quality.Easily assembled. Met my every expectation.

Don't mess around, this place has a good reputation & rightly so. We dealt with Med mart on line after doing our research. Hooked up with Darrell Flunker & he was great. He always got right back to me & I emailed him a lot. We didn't quite follow the sizing, but we knew what we wanted & Darrell worked with us & got us just that; no muss, no fuss. We ordered the Daydreamer with the heat & message & custom fabric (Silt) the worn leather look. I figured it would be at least 2 months but he gave me an arrival date, closer to a month or 6 weeks & it was here on that exact date! They matched the lowest price, got it here fast & it looks top of the line. The massage feature puts mom asleep in minutes and it helps her circulation. And thanks to Barbra in the Livermore, Ca. store. Very friendly & helpful with our decision. Couldn't be happier ;~)

Great company , worked with Julie and she was very helpful. Ordered a mobility scooter and car carrier for it, was here in less than a week. Would order from them again if need be, and would recommend them.

Was what I expected. came in two days and customer was satisfied. i found out afterwards that her credit card was compromised and I felt responsible if it happened through your company./

Our representative Julie Bell has very helpful in our journey to order batteries for a jazzie mobile chair. We are donating this chair to a woman in our police dept that is unable to purchase one. Medmart helped out by getting us 2 batteries quickly. Thanks so much Julie Bell for all your effort!!

Julie is who I spoke to and she answered all my questions and made me feel like she really cared about me, I even had to call her back and reached her and I love my Golden scooter
