Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

This has been a wonderful buying experience. The Milford Lift itself works like a charm; it means freedom for my bedridden mother. Medmartonline has wonderful customer service; every question we had during buying and shipment was patiently answered. Definitely will buy here again. Highest recommendation. Thank you!

Sara Steady will save caregivers needless pulling, tugging and lifting. I should have purchased years ago.

The customer service rep, Margaret Ryan was a huge help, discussing options and keeping us within budget. She followed up with the manufacturers and kept us apprised of possible delivery times, etc. Very happy with this company and their service.

The customer service representative Margret Ryan was very helpful throughout the whole transaction. keeping me up to date on the delivery.

Called Med Mart on Day One - great representative answered, I think her name was Julie. Day Two - the power chair arrived!! I mean like within 30 hours of placing the order! I was overwhelmed with the speed! Julie actually called me back after I placed the order on-line so that I could use PayPal and advised me of a quirk in the order that would have held it up. I was very appreciative. Julie advised me well, waited for the order to come through, called me with the "quirk", and shipped immediately. That's the kind of Customer Service every company should have. My congratulations to Med Mart. Big Ole' A++

I had a very professional experience when ordering from Med Mart! Thank you.

Great service friendly reps. Order was what I ask for and it came in early. Very satisfied I recommend for your needs.

Contacted Pride Mobility for a vendor recommendation. Med Mart Online was one of the suggested vendors. I contacted Med Mart, was assisted very patiently by Darrell who helped me select the best chair for my mother. Chair was delivered and set up within two weeks of call. I have not reservations about using Med Mart again in the future if the need arises.
