Purchased ADA Wheelchair Ramp for business. Good value for price paid (comparison shopping performed). Shipping was lightening fast and arrived ahead of schedule. Product well packaged & easy assembly instructions. Specific handrail inquired about at time of purchase was not included. Guessing order entry person was not completely knowledgable with product design or question, however quality, service and product made transaction more than satisfactory. I would recommend MedMart to other customers and will look forward to ordering from MedMart in the future.

I was put in touch with the manufacturer concerning a supposed missing part for a walker. A new mechanism had replaced the part, alleviating my concerns.
