The product I ordered (a wheelchair) was exactly as pictured, and delivered promptly. Med Mart's price beat others by about $30.

We LOVE this walker/wheelchair! I bought this for my mom because she gives out on me when we are shopping. It is wonderful to be able to convert the walker to a transport chair and carry on with what we are doing. A huge plus is she can walk with the walker and stand straight. Her old walker the handles were to low and we could not adjust them. With the Rollz Rollator & Transport Chair in One I am able to raise the handles to a height that allows her to walk standing straight. It also came in purple, her favorite color. We love the Rollz Rollator & Transport Chair in One!!

In general, I don't write reviews because I don't have the time, but extraordinary service bears comment. My husband has later stage Alzheimer's Disease and can no longer stand or walk unassisted. I called MedMart for help with purchasing a lift chair that I could use in conjunction with a stand-up lift. Having a comfortable chair of the right width/size is essential to his care. I reached Margaret Ryan; she could not have been more helpful, She directed me to the Cloud Pr-510 Lift Chair, then verified fit for me by measuring the chair and actually checking the dimensions of the brand of stand-up lift I own for fit. The chair arrived in one piece (no assembly required) and is well designed and comfortable. Who could ask for anything more!

Julie went out of here way to answer my questions re the G2 chair and explained delivery protocol then went out of her way to get it shipped that day even though it was past the normal ship time so that I would have it the day prior to Thanksgiving. Needless to say it made my trip out for the holiday less stressful.
