Great bag, holds a ton of goodies from the supermarket. Only problem was getting the straps the right length to mount the bag correctly. I measured and your white dots were almost impossible for the naked eye to see. I had to put the bag on 3-4 times before it was the correct location for the buckles on the top rear of the seat. That was the bad part of the installation of the MONSTER BAG.... I would like to see the white marks stand out more for humans to see. If not for this it is a great bag. My wife had one for years and it blew out after years of overloading it with groceries. The metal frame tore through the bag and that was the start of the end of MONSTER BAG #1. Can't beat this bag for the price and durability of the product.

Order bed with mattress 7/19. I ordered wrong mattress for bed but after phone call they sent new mattress and it arrived today along with bed 7/26. Very satisfied with their customer support. Bed is great.

The lift we got for our pool had been absolutely life changing. We have a 13 year old son who is non ambulatory & loves the water but we couldn't lift him in & out of the pool anymore until now. We are so grateful we found this lift!! We got the deck mount to get him in & out of our semi in ground pool. The customer service was incredible. I had so many questions & they helped me with everything to make sure we got the right lift to accommodate our son's needs. I would highly recommend this company!

Worked with Darrell Flunker and he was fantastic! He didn't pressure me and he answered all my questions. My Hoyer lift arrived today and I was able to un-box it and get it charged for use. My only concern is when UPS delivered the box it was all torn up, I will check that the Hoyer works and if I have trouble will reach out to Darrell. I kept the box and asked the UPS man to note the condition of the box on delivery.

Equipment is terrific and delivered on time. The battery holders fidgets were bent and the charger plug holder was knocked off and broken. A couple of dings on the finish.

I was unable to navigate the web to make purchases for my father so called them and got one item the next day and the other within a timely manner. The rep I spoke with was excellent and very helpful.

Darrell was tremendous helping my wife and I each getting our Golden lift chairs. So far so good on the chairs, they are as advertised and Darrell was tremendous in providing a successful, affordable transaction for us.
