Med Mart did an excellent job filling our order for a Mini160 Lift machine. Their phone support answered our call quickly, they were able to answer all our questions and they processed our order quickly. We needed delivery of the lift within a week and they said they would do their absolute best to meet the date. The Lift was delivered on time. Unfortunately there was one optional strap that was part of the order but was not included in the shipment. I called their support center and Margret verified the error, and had the strap overnighted to us. We received it early the next morning! Excellent service all around.
