Great communication with this company, from their technical knowledge of the products I was interested in (mobility scooters), to their follow up on the shipping schedule and our satisfaction with the scooter. Their website was the best I've seen when I was trying to figure out which scooter would be best for my Dad, with very detailed descriptions that made narrowing down the appropriate choices easy. Added bonus was the great price, and also free shipping via FedEx. The scooter arrived very quickly (3 days). This scooter has been a life changer for my Dad.
