Scooter arrived in 3 days but did not come with a charger. Customer service was very helpful and promised to send a charger ASAP. The scooter is very easy to assemble/disassemble and runs great.

Purchased a pair of mobility scooter batteries from Med Mart. The batteries were the same as those advertised elsewhere on-line and at a higher price. Med Mart's offer of another 5% discount and free shipping made the purchase even more competitive. Shipping was extremely quick. Received the batteries within 2-3 days of the on-line purchase. I am a happy Med Mart customer!

The overall experience with the ordering of our Invacare CS7 hospital bed was excellent! I had to make some last minute changes to my order, and my Med Mart representative (Julie), was very responsive and handled everthing for me. She was very pleasant to work with, and kept me fully informed of the bed's shipping status. My order included white glove delivery and setup. The delivery team did an excellent job as well. They scheduled a date and time for delivery, and showed up on time as promised. The setup went smoothly, and the team did a good job explaining the bed's features. We couldn't be more happy with the new bed, and with Med Mart.
