Julie was a big help in selecting the right Hospital bed for my wife who has Dementia. I think she had past experience in dealing with patients and hospital beds. We could not be more happy with the CS 7 bed. Julie also arranged for partial white glove delivery which is inside delivery but no set up. I did the setup myself. Very easy to setup.
