This is an excellent liftchair I’m 6’7 and this tall chair fits like a glove! The delivery and setup we’re excellent and they moved my old chair into a truck. Med mart was very helpful and helped me customize the chair to get all the features that I wanted. I would highly recommend this company!

Expedient service.

The sales team did a great job illustrating how their unique bed would work and answered all of our questions. Still waiting on the arrival of our bed so unable to commit on the actual product. Seams to be a very good bed for the home environment making transfers in and out of bed much safer and easier. Update: Now we have had the bed for almost two weeks. Its was not difficult to complete the assemble. Taking the larger center portion of the bed down a narrow hallway and turning 90 degrees could be a real problem for some perhaps the main part of the bed is very heavy and large so it may take some extra muscle to get the bed into some bed rooms. The bed works as expected the quality of product is also very good. The shipping and the pallet the bed was bolted to was done very well also. My only complaint I wish the bottom sheets were of better quality especially being they are of special size and can not easily be replaced. The small one did not fit the bed well it was way too big. The sales team explained that it was designed to also fit the wider PR8000 bed so it does in fact fit loose on the PR1000. Overall this bed has helped us with taking care of my 82 year old mother who has Parkinson disease her mobility issues are poor. We use our Return 7500i to transport her to the bed and she simply sits down on the chair portion of the bed and we turn and lower her into an in bed position with greatest of ease for both her and us. Again in my opinion this is possible the very best bed for an in home hospital bed product. This was also the only bed I found that will also adjust to a high Fowler position 75 to 90 degrees which is important when feeding patients that have trouble swallowing to help with the risk of aspiration. Just remember everyone's needs are different and make sure you purchase products that meet you persons needs.
