It was easy - I am buying another scooter for my wife the first one works fine batteries don’t last as long as it said they would hopefully this one will be better it’s easier for her to load into her SUV. So since I posted the first part I’m paying on a scooter I haven’t even got yet. In my opinion isn’t right. First one came before the first payment was due. Have to wait an see

Hi Jenn, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear your first scooter has been working well overall and that you chose to return for a second one for your wife. We truly appreciate your continued trust in us. We’re sorry to hear about the battery life concerns and the delay with your new scooter. We understand how frustrating it can be to begin making payments before the product has arrived, especially when your previous experience was quicker. Shipping timelines can vary depending on the model and manufacturer availability, but we agree that communication should be clear and timely. Please know we’re actively monitoring your order, and our team is here to help ensure everything stays on track. Thanks, Team Med Mart
