I ordered a sit to stand lift. It was shipped within a week. The lift came fully assembled and all I had to do was take off the plastic wrap. The driver called before he arrived and was within the time given to us. It was exactly what I needed to assist my 99 year old Dad get out of his chair and bed safely. Thanks for a great experience.
