Hello Meisha, Usually it is a good thing when we ship the same day or next day. We try our best to meet medical equipment needs urgently as most customers have very little warning they will need this equipment. I am terribly sorry this caused an inconvenience for you. We will do our best to work with you on the return if you would like to pursue that. Once an item is shipped however we are unable to cancel and refund immediately because we can't always stop shipments. The item could still be received and per my call with the driver they were delivering to you and needed to ensure they had a correct phone number for contact. That call with the driver was prior to any correspondence from you and I was unable to get the delivery stopped. My family are all service veterans, I assure you I nor Med Mart would never choose to inconvenience you in anyway. Please give me a call as your time permits.
