I usually call to check the status of my orders by phone, sometimes I'm place on hold or leave a phone number for a call back have no problems with it, decided to use the online chat feature this time and was impress how fast I was given the status of my order.

This was the first time at this site 5/31/18. I ordered a stand up lift . I read and compare diff lifts. I have not received the lift yet it's in transit I will let you know how GD it is.
