When I order medical equipment for my disabled mother, I am always fearful of "sharks" peddling equipment that either does not work or is poorly made. In addition I worry about slick advertising and marketing that does not accurately reflect the quality of what you are buying. MedMart stunned me with their hands on, high quality, personal customer service. I had gotten used to anonymous ordering on Amazon, and other medical supply houses. I just accepted communicating with a computer. But when I placed my order for a $600 transporter chair with Med Mart it was a totally different experience. First, I was unsure of the chair's availability, so I tried their chat feature. I got an immediate written response from a representative who was extremely knowledgeable about the product and who posed questions to me to ensure I was ordering the best chair for my situation. Second, I placed the order and immediately got an email from a customer service rep, who thanked me for the order, and then provided me with his direct email, and direct phone number so that if I had any questions about the order or its delivery I could call him. Wow! Third, I received an email that explained how Med Mart came to be. It is a family owned business, that grew as a result of a pharmacist in a California town who located and sold good medical equipment for patients in his town and word of mouth caused his business to mushroom. But unlike other businesses Med Mart has not lost the small town, human touch. I feel like I found a very rare business in today's age. If you can find the equipment you want on the Med Mart cite and other cites like Amazon, etc, I encourage you to order directly from Med Mart. The peace of mind I got from having an extremely knowledgeable person who I could call or email directly is soooo worth it. There are enough other things to worry about as we struggle to find equipment that helps us or our loved ones adapt to living with disability. You don't need to feel like you are swimming in a pool of sharks on top of it. Med Mart has my business from this point forward.

The person I that helped me on the phone was very informed about the difference in the chairs and their price points. He was very patient with me and I never felt rushed. However I had done my homework and was fairly certain of which chair was going to fit my mother’s need.

I appreciate Darrel (888-260-4430 ext 7) you can trust him; he is a man of his word! It's hard to find that now a days and when you find one; it's a company, that has earned my business! I would encourage to check them out! I don't say that just about any business; I have been very impressed with Darrel and Med Mart.
