Darrell Flunker, who handled my purchase of two PR-505 Model lift chairs was very knowledgeable and handled the transaction smoothly. Delivery of the chairs, not so much. So far I had a voice mail message from a soft feminine voice that I could not determine the cause of the call, name of the company, nor phone number to call back. My wife and I both listened to the call about ten times and came up empty with our 88 and 85 year old ears. After calling Mr Flunker to follow-up, and receiving Big League Movers phone number. I called that number only to be put on hold, then dismissed with instructions to leave a message. Now in day two of my quest for info on delivery and still in leave a message status.

Sadly the swatches I ordered took two weeks to arrive. I had gotten tired of waiting so went ahead and ordered my chair in the color pearl. The actual purchase of the chair was excellent. Darryl was very helpful. But it was very disappointing that after paying For swatches to be mailed they took so long. That’s not good customer service.

Customer service was knowledgeable about the items I ordered and directed me to the online item so I could look at it before ordering.

The rep was awesome he made recommendations answered all my questions and was super nice. I’m totally satisfied. I would and will recommend Med Mart to anyone great company. By the way great selection and great prices!

They have really helped me with the purchase I needed for my mom. It was everything we needed and they gave me alternatives to try and keep the cost down! I would recommend them highly.
