The lift had obviously been repackaged as it was wrapped with both tape and straps and inner packing was not holding parts in place. Some parts were poking out of the box upon arrival. I had also called to check on the width of the unit when closed and was told 16". It is actually 22" closed and won't fit through some of our important doors where the lift may be needed. Bad customer service and packing of a product designed to improve the care of patients.

I ordered a GoGo scooter from MedMart back in October. Shipping has been delayed, not surprising these days. What really bothers me is that you do not respond to my enquiries about a revised shipping date. No one responds to my numerous phone calls, not even when I leave my name & phone number. Pain is a constant problem & I worry about falls. Please let me know when you expect to ship my scooter. Sincerely, JLRutter

Disappointed, I purchase a lift chair on 09/2021 for my husband who is 6'3 220lbs, the lift chair is paramount with his transfer. On 12/04/2020 the chair stopped lifting. I contacted your company on the following Monday, 12/06 who sent my information to a tech. The tech called and after troubleshooting he stated that he would send a report to your company for a new remote. I have contacted your company several times, with no further information I contacted the tech who advised that his report/email was sent on 12/06/2021. I contact the company again and spoke to Ana who advised the tech hadn't order the part. Finally on 12/21 Sandra from the helpdesk emailed and asked for the serial number which I emailed on 12/22. I have not received any update to this day. I'm so disappointed, my husband had a lift chair that I purchased from wayfair that was working just fine. I just wanted to get him a bigger sleep chair. How can a company that is suppose to cater to the disable take so long to resolve issue or at least keep in contact with the consumer. I have several other devices to purchase (wheelchair/bed) but I will never purchase another item from here. Customer Service should be a priority.

Only interested in making a sale - which they do quite well. However if you have specific questions and/or a specific situation which requires assistance from anyone other the salesperson then good luck. Several phone calls and emails go into the Med Mart black hole - never to be heard from again.

We are having a very difficult time communicating with your customer service. We left several messages and then followed up with an email. We’re responding to your survey now with dissatisfied due to the communication, as our situation has changed very quickly. We purchased a Hoyer on 1127, it got delivered I believe on 12 four, and the following week we reached out to you to return it as we learned that my wife who is going to use the machine or need it will probably pass in the next few weeks. We now know if she should pass in the next two weeks and we are working on returning the brand new Hoyer that we took out of the box but actually never even used to the hospital stays in bed rest. Her transportation is only by ambulance now and her time is limited. We would like to return the hoyer machine for a refund and we need to know how we can do that. We’re hoping you understand the situation was unique and the timing was very unclear at the time of purchase. Your return policy says returns can be made up to 30 days. Any return requests begun after 7 days of receipt will need special approval from the manufacturer. So sounds like you can accept the return request still.

I received the product with the Power Cord severed from the seat. Completely unusable. I need a replacement ASAP or full refund.

Biggest issue: customer service told me the order was cancelled, and later that day, it was shipped. Plus, the product actually shipped was not the product listed on the invoice. 1. order status not available online 2. multiple emails and calls with customer service gave conflicting info on order status (placed vs cancelled) 3. I didn't receive multiple promised calls/emails

Med Mar lies about delivery times. They also post fake amounts of products remaining on their website. They got me to buy because they promised to send my elderly mom's Christmas present, a scooter on December 6th. As of the 14th it still wasn't sent and the Med Mart reps had no clue when it will be shipped. When I asked for a refund, the rep said it may take up to 10 days for a debit card refund. Don't spend your money here!
