I'm very happy and satisfied so far with my new Phoenix HD 4 wheel scooter. I know that I'll be able to enjoy freedom of mobility that I've been lacking for well over 2 years now. I also ordered the umbrella shade for my scooter. I have 8 autoimmune diseases, including SLE that have ruined my health and body. This scooter will make a big difference in my outlook in life. Great first impression! Call the 800 number with questions- you get a PERSON on the phone. I was fortunate enough to get Stacy- kind, knowledgeable, and huge help. Offered the best price I could find anywhere online, and as soon as I clicked on the site I received an offer for an additional 5% off my order. I received a tracking number within 6 hours of placing my order. I will not hesitate to use this site again.
