Fantastic delivery time. Ordered on Saturday and received the following Tuesday. That material is so much sturdier than our original Liko sling. The size large I got ended up being smaller than the original large we had. I would order a extra large if i had to do over. This will work, but is maxed out for a 220 pound 6 foot tall person. FYI

THE PROFESSIONALISM, CARE, CONCERN AND COURTESY WERE ABOVE SECOND TO DONE. INITIALLY, JULIE AND LATER LINDSEY WERE VERY POLITE AND EAGER TO ASSIST. THERE WAS SOME DELAY, BUT GOT THAT RESOLVED. THEN I GOT FOOD POISONING WHICH DELAYED THINGS FOR ABOUT A T WEEK! LOVE THE CHAIR, BUT I DIDN'T GET THE SEAT PAD.

I was looking for a lightweight wheelchair online when I came across MedMarts page. As soon as I saw the Invacare “Build Your Own” Tracer SX5, not only they had your choice in seat size but... yes, in color too. They had my favorite, PURPLE, their color option Crazy Grape! This chair was custom made to fit my needs. Yes I was anxious for it’s arrival and when I called customer service for an update their reps were very professional and mega helpful while squelching my impatience. One thing I should have ordered was the anti-tips after a near backwards scare as I was going up a bus ramp. Thank you MedMart. I will most definitely recommend this company and Will order from you again.

MY shower chair will not be shipped for several weeks but my credit card was charged as soon as the order went in. I think you should have waited to charge my card until the item shipped.

I'm very pleased with MedMart, their products and their customer service. I was given an additional discount for my military service. I would certainly do business with them again, and recommend them to anyone needing medical equipment or accessory needs. Julie was very helpful as was the rest of the team. And it's always a big plus when the product you're purchasing is Made in the U.S.A.
