Hello Mr. Drake, While we cannot take back opened slings for hygiene reasons, we will as a courtesy provide a larger sling this time. I will have someone call you today to get the sling size details confirmed and we should be able to ship one out today for you.

I see your sheets were scheduled to arrive to you as of 8/26. We are sorry the technicians did not notice the sheets with the bed shipment. These are always included with the shipment because of the nature of this specific bed. Just touching base here to see if there is any other assistance you may need from us!
