The exact item I ordered had been discontinued (color) which wasn’t a big deal. I wasn’t to happy that it took them 4 days to notify me of that. However after I agreed to the change suggested things have been good thus far and communication has been better!

I have. had trouble several times where I have called in and been told that an advisor would be available shortly, only to hear after waiting for 3-4 minutes to receive an automated response that there isn't an associate available to assist me.

I was expecting my delivery today. I opened my email to track the delivery and its been pushed back a day. I was supper excited because I've been trying to get a seat replacement for my walker for over a year now. I finally found that your company. I was ecstatic! Happy you had the product I needed, but disappointed about the delivery service.

The ramp i purchased was very misleading in description. No way two disabled senior citizens can left it as not really portable. It came with one end of box tore up and the end of ramp was severely damaged as it would be in manufacturing. I called about two hours after receiving and got kind of a run around before they fineally said i needed to email. I dont feel like i should not be making payments on an item that is broken and needs sent back for which im still waiting.

The walker is beautiful and can be utilized in every aspect except for the back rest. I use my walker as a chair when going to restaurants, to the doctor's office or sitting outside with family and this back rest is so close to your back when sitting on it that you feel like you are being pushed out of the seat so it is impossible to sit in it and be comfortable. I am afraid I made the wrong choice in walkers. I do not believe there is a longer back seat to replace the one that came with it either.

I had the right credit card and it wouldn’t take a chase card. I tried a different one and it look up that it was not a Visa card but wouldn’t let me change the kind of card. Finally had to use the Amazon pay.
