DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! We order supplies that were needed to be delivered BEFORE my mom was to come home from her rehab. The “ ship by date” as ADVERTISED is a LIE! Nothing we ordered was shipped by the date they advertised on their site. I got email & phones calls discussing “ delay”. Then they shipped an item I told them to NOT SHIP & I can get it faster on amazon at that point because they are delaying our plans to have my mom return home. They shipped said item anyways then told me I’d need to pay for shipping return and a restock fee!!! Seriously… DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Or you will definitely be disappointed and if you have a timeline, they will give you a million excuses!

Well it started off nice! Sean at ext. 4 was my salesman. U bought a lift chair. Supposed to a been delivered a couple weeks ago. The shipper said they left at my house. I have security cameras everywhere. It never showed. I had to Start a dispute with my debit card. Sean acknowledged I never got it. I asked for my refund. It’s still not been processed. $1,500.97 dollars. I called back to talk to Manager. No one to talk to and no call back. Not happy n not a good experience

When I got lift chair it was smaller than told it's uncomfortable it was expensive and now they want to keep part of my refund not even find a better chair I won't shopmed mart again

I bought the AirProtekt 6450 with extra year of protection plan and the plan and the vertical straps that hold the air bladders in place all failed and fell apart. Then I find out medmart lied or didn't disclose fine print that the year of protection plan i purchased only covers replaceable parts and not the weakest part of all, those vertical straps that hold the horizontal air bladders in place. So when I called they said the warranty was really only 60 days and I actually had no warranty left at all. This company ripped me off, sold me a warranty that was useless and the product didn't hold up for more than 4 months. I will be going public with this on all social media platforms. Edit to reply to medmart. I looked at the protection plan details and it says it is designed to cover mechanical, electrical, and structural failures that occur during normal use. In my case, the failure of the vertical internal straps on the Air Protekt 6450 is a textbook example of a structural/hardware failure. Not cosmetic or a failure that isn't covered. Your representative told me it's not covered, so they're lied even though my protection plan is still active. I have already filed a report with consumer protections. Nothing on your website said these straps aren't covered by the protection plan. Someone is due to call me back to settle this. My uncle's on 24/7 oxygen and a permanently bedridden quadriplegic and you guys are scamming people, charging for protection plans and denying service when they call with a problem. Over $600 for the mattress and the plastic fasteners are dollar store quality plastic. I have pictures of everything and receipts. It's best to just stand by your customers because I definitely think I was misled about the coverage of the plan and wouldn't have paid for it if I knew your company was gonna deny coverage for what is a blatant failure of design and quality.

Hi there, I'd like to clear this up as there's certainly some confusion here and for that I apologize. Your protection plan does not change or alter the manufacturer's warranty on parts. The protection plan is for in-home labor as labor is not included with manufacturer's parts warranty. Even when parts are out of warranty, they can be ordered and paid for and then a tech would be dispatched at no charge to you to come out and perform the repair in-home labor service. We would be happy to assist with that if needed and would be a pleasure to help further!

I bought a $600.00 foam mattress in MedMart. Since the 2nd day, I have contacted customer service to report that the mattress is sinking in the middle, which prevents me from moving to the side of my bed. They answer was that this is supposed to do that and that they couldn't do anything about that. His website states that the mattress accommodates your body to prevent pain, which I don't experience. So I was sending emails, and I always had the same response, that I can't return it because it is medical equipment. I bought mattresses from 2 different places before and they accepted the return without any problem.

Our team reviewed the concern with the manufacturer, and the softer center area was confirmed to be part of the mattress’s pressure-redistribution design rather than product damage. Because this type of medical mattress is non-returnable, we were not able to approve the return request. We understand that the feel of the T-Zone design may not be right for everyone, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

Ordered over two weeks ago. Have not received it. I have called the company several times leaving messages that include my confirmation number. They have not returned my calls. In the meantime I am renting a lift.

They don't tell you ahead of time, but when you order a lift and it doesn't work, you have to repay them for the "free freight" that it cost to send it to you, along with the return freight to get it back to them, plus a 25% restock fee. Also, if they included a "free sling" with purchase of the lift, you have to pay them $200 for that too. Such a scam when you never even used them.

Hi there, I've reviewed your order and I see that the lift functionally worked, but it didn't work for your application. It looks like it was determined to "not fit." This lift has a specialty clip sling which are really expensive slings, usually in the upwards of $400 and sometimes more. We appreciate that most of our customers understand why slings can't be returned as they wouldn't want themselves or their loved ones in a previously "used" sling.
