The order paid for was a hospital bed with mattress. Only the bed was delivered. Oh, the mattress is on back order, so after tearing down my room and removing beds I won't have a bed, but Oh, They FORGOT to tell me.

Still don’t have delivery of the medical bed I ordered. Pls cancel the order.

Ordered one bed and credit card declined it. So ordered another one 2 days later. Well received 2 beds. Had terrible time returning first bed. Second bed arrived at assisted living. Just bed but no mattress or side table. What is patient to sleep on. Tried to call got put on hold and than after waiting 10 minutes, Said to leave message and would return call. Still waiting for call.

Waiting 1 week for new hoya lift. First one was damaged that I recieved in 2 days. I have the extra insurance that apparently don't mean anything. I have a bedridden daughter. I need the lift. I am 72 years old . I can't keep lifting my daughter. Calling several times with no answers. I will have to go forward with this problem to higher ups. Tried to return with money back. They want $500. to ship and 200 stocking fee. Ripoff and nuts. That's half the cost that I paid, and won't take back slings that were not opened. It's a disgrace taking advantage of the old and disabled. I didn't recieve a new hoya, only a part to fix the broken one Last time I use this company

Ordered a very expensive recliner. Both online and salesperson on the phone said delivery March 24th. Less than 24 hours later, received an email that it will not be ready until nearly 3 months later, in June. Update: MedMart’s reply is disingenuous. Showing a delivery date of March 24th at the time of purchase and then changing it to June 10th less than 24 hours later is not an “unforeseen, last minute change”; it is a bait and switch. I needed this chair in time for my nephew’s birthday and told the salesperson this, and she said how fortunate that they could deliver it in time. I made a promise to my nephew based on the promise by MedMart, which they broke the next day with an impersonal email.

Received my Premium Recliner Cover today. Instructions say to attach the loops at the connection between the back and the armrest to recliner bottom hardware. Unfortunately there is no bottom hardware to attach the loops to. Not sure where to go from here

I canceled my order prior to them shipping it over a week ago and they still have not given my refund back for the hospital bed that I never received. Extremely bad customer service.I have called and emailed every day and they just keep saying that the refund has been requested but they have not processed it yet. I have contacted my credit company and I am disputing the $3400 charge that is still remains on my credit card. I will never do business with this company again.

Yes I put in an order of a sling and a spreader bar and they told me that it was in stock and they would ship it on the 10th February 10 and then I never received it then I called back they told me that they didn’t have it in stock and was supposed to ship out last week from the manufacturer . I was told by customer service that now the date was supposed to be February 24 for the sling so I asked if I could cancel the order. Then I called back on Monday to make sure the order was canceled and now the lady said that it has shipped but she doesn’t have a tracking number and I have never received anything so I went to the bank and they had already withdrawn the money on the day that I ordered it. I went ahead and put a fraud investigation on my debit card and the bank hopefully will take care of it .
