Stacy is my rep at Med mart and has done an excellent job. My mom is elderly and has use the bathroom several times in the middle of the night. This means we use 2 batteries to keeps the chair operating (ready) 24/7. So when a battery went out, we got it covered under warranty and the cells got here in 2 days. Just in time to replace the other battery, which was at the end of its charge.

The Strongback Wheel chair is insanely comfortable in comparison to anything others I’ve found. Quality is high. I couldn’t be happier. Worth the price to me. Med Mart was caring and efficient to get it too me sooner than later. All around, great experience.

Very pleased with the Go Go scooter I purchased, although I have not used much, just got it. I am not pleased I was invited to be a Rewards Member. But awhen I went in I to the account, I had 0 rewards but spent over $800 to purchase a scooter. That’s a load of crap! Ernie Bacon
