Ordering my new ZG Lift Recliner was actually a pleasant experience. I called to inquire about the recliner and all my questions were answered. I realize that this is the way it should be but with so many companies these days the customer service is practically non existent, but not with Med Mart, at least not my experience. I decided on the recliner I wanted, purchased it and it was immediately shipped out. It was ready for delivery and set up within a couple weeks. The recliner I purchased exceeded my expectations, when you pay for a good recliner online you just hope that’s what you get. Very happy with Med Mart.

The representative, Stacy, was very professional and kind. She answered all my questions and spoke to me at length about the scooter. My scooter arrived very quickly and was exceptionally easy to put together and operate. This scooter represents freedom and independence to me. I no longer have to ask for someone to go places with me or rely on getting a good parking spot.
