I called to order on a holiday weekend. The call was answered by a very polite, informative individual, who was honest as to when she expected the order to be processed because of the holiday. Well, even with the holiday, we received the walker we had ordered by Thursday of the following week! We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service received. And, the walker was as advertised and just what we needed. Thank you Med Mart!!
