Very helpful staff with order placed over the phone. It took longer tha expected to receive the item, but there was good communication a d tracking of package.

I called Med Mart, got all my questions answered. The rep was so very courteous and sweet towards me and I must say, very, very helpful. She took the order for what I wanted, checked the stock on it, and I placed the order. She made it so easy front start to finish to get just the right scooter I wanted for my disabled daughter. Thank you so much. I will always do business with Med Mart for any of my needs.

Looks like I'm really going to love it, seems like its going to be a little harder to disassemble then showed in the video.

Med Mart has great service. Both times I have used them they were knowledgeable and nice. Last year the sales person called me December 24th to tell me my wife's package would be there for Christmas.

To be honest I haven't fallen down YET. I have seat down on the seat pushed the remote control down to as far as I felt comfortable. Then back up. I have great confidence this lift will put me upright if I fall. I told my neighbor about it, she said it was too expensive. For me it's worth it, to have it in my home I already feel free from anxiety, if I did fall.

Service sales rep was very helpful and pleasant. Received product as scheduled. Was kept informed as to delivery tracking of product.
