We needed a last minute rushed delivery. It came in time for us to assemble. Had a few questions on assembly, called customer service, got a quick call back and questions were answered. Using it for special concert for disabled vets Sunday night. Very pleased with the lift. Marshall Eggers

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the help provided by this company! Make no mistake, I will probably do exclusive business with them because of the level of service I have received. I might be able to find similar products for less in other places, if I really tried. But you can't place a price tag on great service and that's what I have received.

My question was answered, the unit was shipped and delivered promptly. I received an advertising brochure but not a specific one to this unit for final assembly instructions which would have been helpful. I am very pleased with the unit.
