I have not received my chair yet. The service so far has been very good however. I will update my rating after the chair is delivered and set up.

I came across MedMart after doing a google search for tilt and space shower chairs. My search narrowed to two companies. Having spent a lot of time with my father during the initial first few months of his stroke, I felt I knew what he needed in a shower chair. Stacey Bryant made it easy to go with your company. She took the time necessary to truly understand the needs of my dad, she was prompt in getting back to me with the product information I needed, she answered all my questions with depth and proficiency, and she was just overall a delight to deal with. Not only did ShowerBuddy meet the needs of my father, but Stacey made it easy to want to buy from your company. You can have great products and awesome brands, but at the end of the day, it is the people that make a business. Very soon, we will have a shower chair for my dad. :-) I look forward to getting this chair over to him so that he can once again have the feeling of hot water running down his head and face and all over his body. It's the simple things!

I am very happy with my scooter and my cover

This bed has saved me from having to lift and turn in order to get my friend into bed. She is 96 and it was so difficult to get her into bed by "swinging" her head down and feet up onto the bed while she is "dead weight". Now I can transfer her from her wheelchair to the bed and turn the whole bed back into place while she remains sitting. Then I can mechanically put down the head of the bed to a sleeping position. My back is so grateful ! I can also put the whole bed lower to get her into it and raise it to provide care. I love this bed.

Evan and Margaret were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped make a difficult time much easier to navigate.

The BEST company I have ever dealt with; very fast service, with NO problems. The bed works perfectly. The company kept in touch with me, with updates as to where and when the bed would arrive. The crew but it together in less than an hour. First class job!
