Great customer service, sturdy comfortable chair, poor customization
Pros: Customer service was great, when I had shipping time questions the person I spoke with was very prompt and proactive. Not only did she answer my questions but made sure to update me on the status of the chair through out the process. Very nice! The chair itself is sturdy and pretty comfortable. It is a good choice for long legged people and the vinyl I chose seems like it's good quality. Cons: The customizing is poorly done. The color coating is somewhat patchy looking, not terribly so but not nicely done. But the words on the back? Do not bother with them. They are poorly stenciled at the very bottom of the chair where the fabric rolls up so they can't even be seen much less read.

Adam, I replied to your review in another system initially and you sent us pictures of the stenciling. We forwarded this immediately to our "custom" team and we're going to take care of this, it's just taking a little time. I'm happy the process went smooth and you like the chair itself but we're going to do everything to make that stenciling right!
