Seven day window after receipt too little time for informed decision, especially when dealing with large, heavy, expensive purchase. Must pay return ship plus restock fee, including charges for original shipment! You are left with about half of purchase price for refund. Pay extra close attention to phone numbers and, website urls. I kept the unusable for me patient lift.

Motor burned out after only 1 year. I’ve been working with Med Mart 38 days to get it repaired with no success. I paid for a technician visit 12 days ago and was to be contacted within 48 hours to schedule the appointment. I have not heard from anyone. I’ve followed up with the help desk several times since then with no response. I’m very disappointed.

After placing my order, I received one email indicating that I would be notified when shipping date was to be. I never received any such communication. I am told that a portion of the electric bed I ordered (the rails) was delivered, which I was not aware of. I have written asking about the status of my order and have not received any response whatsoever. This is terrible customer service.

Hello, This was odd to hear so I took a moment and pulled your order up. We were not reported of any damage to the unit, only to the packaging. The return request was not due to damage, it was for another reason which is okay too but it wasn't 4 days later. Our policy asks that you request the return within 7 days of receiving it. We were not contacted until 11 days later. We offer a very competitive return policy for medical items sold online and we have to adhere to that policy as much as possible to stay in business. Beware consumer I order a hospital bed promise 6 to 8 days delivery I received it 16 days later terrible company don't do business with them!!!

While your website is very user friendly, I was completely unimpressed with the inaccuracy of the delivery date. When I selected the desired chair the delivery date showed June 24th. When I selected the desired color, the delivery date updated to March 1st (very exciting). Now I get an order update showing the chair will not deliver until June. Completely unprofessional to get someone’s hopes up. If it wasn’t to be delivered until June from the start, why change it to March? Very disappointing.
