Daryl the salesman, that helped me over the phone was very nice & helpful!!! The only problem I had was that he told I'd get my purchase the next day, I did not, it took about week.

I can't review the chair yet as it will not arrive until Feb. I can say that Julie did a fantastic job of helping me order my chair. I am not tech savvy, so she walked me through the order process. It would have been much harder without her help.

I had been shopping for a power lift chair for my sister. It was amazing how many were on the market. I was diligent in my search to find a knowledgeable trustworthy company. I was so impressed with the customer service but especially the knowledge of Julie who was patient with all of my questions and concerns. I did not find any other company that new such details of their products. All the detailed options to fit my sisters needs were amazing. Each chair is is crafted to fit personal needs, I am looking forward to receiving her chair in the next few weeks. I would love to review the chair after it arrives and she has had time to use it!
