Hello, Let me begin by saying that a company is only as good as the people who represent them. Med Mart is awesome. My husband suffers with ALS. I contacted Med Mart initially about information on a mini lift 160.There customer service is bar none. Educated and knowledgeable individuals who do not make you fell rushed. No sales pressure applied. Just a nice one on one conversation with someone who understood and even looked toward are future needs. We ordered the mini lift that day. (Which was a Saturday at 4 p.m.) Since that time we have purchased several items. Our sales person (Stacey) has been in touch until products arrive. An issue we had that was due to delivery service, (not a Med Mart issue), she made that extra effort and worked out to our benefit. Any questions or concerns have always been addressed with positive follow through on her part. Also, the Med Mart points program you receive towards future purchases is a money saver. Med Mart is our go to medical supplier!

I am satisfied with the wheelchair I purchased for my son. It is good quality and appears to be very sturdy and durable. I had questions while I was shopping and the customer service chat option was easily accessible and the representative was extremely helpful. They only thing that threw me was the 2 day shipping. I understood it to be 2 days from the day I ordered. It was 2 days from the time it was shipped out. (I did customize) From day of order to receiving the chair was 8 days-including weekend. So I am very satisfied.

Love IT!!!!!!!!!! Would have been nice to have some arm rest covers and a better covering for the head area. I called the customer service center but have not yet received a call back;

Thank you for the excellent customer service and for expediting the shipping on the sling order for my father. The sling is working as advertised and has made his transfers much more comfortable. My family appreciates the extra effort your company made to accommodate our request. We will recommend in the future.
